Observations:

1. Create your Observation Layouts before adding or importing in any Observation Database
2. Create the Conditions as a short description for the observation and carry over the longer explanation to the explanation field.

Reason: The Conditions field is used as search text for adding 360 observations and for search fields. So keep it short n sweet.

You can check your conditions fields easily in the list view to see what observation may need to be modified. As you can see in the sample image Air Gap comment is too long and should be modified for performance.

Ad your Tags to your oberservstion to quicly assing these to report sections. Tags are used Globally so will work with every Template created saving hours of development time!
